The Method

Meet Tracy Anderson:


This little thing may seem sweet and innocent but her program will kick your ass. Only the truly mentally strong will survive. No no its not THAT scary but it is an insane commitment. You are dedicating 90 days of your life to Miss Anderson. There are three main parts:

  1. The Diet- This is where you are to loose most of our fat. It consists of a first week 7 juice/mooshy foods that involves a lot of peeling, steaming, boiling, food processing, and juicing different fruits and veggies. The next week is 3 high protein/low calorie diet. Each juice week known as the "Nutrient Boost" is incorporated every other week with different recipes. 
  2. Muscle Workout- The program is customized for your body shape. We are doing the Hipcentric Method due to my hips, thighs, and butt's stubborn ways of constantly being flabby. It also incorporates abs and arms and you never use more than 3 pound weights. This part of the method is solely to hit your small muscle groups and to reshape/re-sculpt your body into a lean mean hot babe.
  3. Cardio- Tracy's cardio is a dance cardio that is meant to keep the weight off. Its a lot of hopping and jumping that takes a little while to get used to but will definitely work out a sweat!
